We can securely access your computer remotely, from our office.

Using this process we can often fix many simple technical problems without the need for a technician to visit your home or business.

The process is simple:

1. Call Newmarket Computer Company on 01638 6000 50  / 52
2. Ask for a Remote Support Session and describe your fault the best way that you can. We can then decide if the problem is best addressed remotely or if another procedure would be more appropriate.
3. Pay for your Remote Support using the buy button opposite.
4. We will then give you a nine digit support key over the phone or sometimes via email. Type this into the box on the screen that's displayed after your payment has gone through.
5. A skilled technician will then access your computer remotely, from our office, and attempt to resolve the issue.

If the situation can't be resolved remotely then this amount will be refunded, or credited against the relevant cost for an on-site visit and/ or in-house labour charge (as appropriate).
